
The Vice Chairman of the Lagos State Football Association, Mr. Dotun Coker, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the driving force behind the 2025 Jagaban Cup, the visionary financier, Alhaji Gafar Liameed, the Chairman of the Lagos State Football Association and the dedicated planning committee led by Mr. Wale Joseph, for successfully delivering a tournament to remember.
In his words:

Mr. Coker also celebrated the efforts of all participating teams, with special recognition for SGFC of Ilorin, the well-deserved champions, and 36 Lion FC, the gallant runners-up.
“To every club that stepped onto the field, you didn’t just play—you inspired. Your passion, determination, and sportsmanship are what make football the beautiful game. This tournament has set a new benchmark, and thanks to the collective effort of the LSFA Board, LSFA Distinguished Congress, sponsors, referees, coaches, the media, and our incredible spectators, we now have a blueprint for an even bigger and better edition next year!”
